Build more 4-bedroom flats

Most HDB flats and condominium units have up to three bedrooms, catering to families with two children as it allows each child to have his own bedroom. There is no room for a third child.

Instead of shrinking flat sizes because of smaller family sizes, the HDB needs to build more four-bedroom flats, which can accommodate three children comfortably.

This will encourage Singaporeans to have more children.
