SINGAPORE - The Colour Run is returning to Singapore on August 30 and 31 this year.

The run, which has been held in various countries like USA, France, Japan, South America and Australia, is expected to draw 16,000 to 18,000 participants this year.

Title sponsor CIMB Bank said that the colourful event will also make its debut in Kuala Lumpur on August 17.

CIMB also said that $1 from every registration this year will again be donated to Singapore Disability Sports Council.

A new Facebook contest called 'CIMB SPLASH' will also encourage participants to upload their snapshots. The winner will take home a pair of tickets to the event.

Public registration for The Colour Run will open on July 4 until tickets are sold out. Registration costs $55 per person.
