SINGAPORE - For the first time on Friday, a graduating parade for naval divers from the Republic of Singapore Navy's Naval Diving Unit was conducted underwater in a dive pool, instead of on dry land.
The 73 frogmen donned their full underwater breathing apparatus and wetsuits, and took parade commands given through a special underwater communication system.
