SINGAPORE - Several shoppers at Tiong Bahru Plaza almost slipped and fell on rain water that had leaked into the mall from the glass ceiling.
A contributer wrote to online journalism website STOMP and described how the dripping water turned into a steady flow when the rain got heavier.
Warning signs were placed at the escalator that was wet, to prevent shoppers from using it.
The contributer also added that the shopping mall's guards switched off another escalator to facilitate two-way human traffic.
