SINGAPORE - Motorists driving towards the city on the Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE) in the evening peak period will need to pay more at three electronic road pricing (ERP) gantries come Nov 2.

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) said in a statement on Monday that the ERP rate between 6pm and 6.30pm at the set of three gantries after Jurong Town Hall will be raised to $2, from the current rate of $1.

The rate was revised after its quarterly review of traffic conditions on ERP-priced roads and expressways, LTA said.
