Ex-teacher charged with molest

A former school teacher has been charged with 11 counts of committing indecent acts with two teenage boys and getting one of them to massage his groin area.

Clarence Hoe King Chuan, 37, who was head of department in a primary school, allegedly committed the offences at a flat in the northern part of Singapore in 2012 and earlier this year. He is now unemployed.

Hoe, who was charged in court on Thursday, is accused of touching a 13-year-old boy's private parts underneath his shorts and placing the teen's hand on his genitals underneath his shorts. The alleged incident occurred in April 2012.

Some time between April 2012 and early last year, he allegedly procured an indecent act by asking the boy to massage his groin area.

The last three charges state that he allegedly committed an indecent act with another boy, aged 14, by touching his buttocks.
