<p>SINGAPORE - The first session of the 13th Parliament will commence at 3.30pm on Jan 15, 2016, Leader of the House Grace Fu said in a statement today.</p><p>The sitting will start with the election of the Speaker and the swearing-in of the Members of Parliament.</p><p>President Tony Tan Keng Yam will then deliver his opening address at 8.30pm.
