A gift of music with SPH's 30th birthday
More than 6,000 people turned up at the Botanic Gardens for a concert by the Singapore Symphony Orchestra (SSO) to celebrate Singapore Press Holdings’ 30th anniversary on 10 August 2014. Under the baton of SSO associate conductor Jason Lai, guests were treated to classics such as Glinka's Russlan and Ludmilla oveture and Elgar's Enigma Variations.

More than 6,000 people turned up at the Botanic Gardens yesterday for a concert by the Singapore Symphony Orchestra to celebrate Singapore Press Holdings' 30th anniversary.

Conductor Jason Lai led the orchestra in this special SPH Gift of Music concert.
