Heavy rain floods Chai Chee road

A road in Chai Chee was flooded due to heavy rain that poured down in the wee hours of Tuesday morning (Oct 15), reported Stomp contributor Samantha.

In her report, she wrote:

"The thunderstorm that occurred at around 5am flooded parts of Chai Chee Road which were near to New Upper Changi Road.

"The flood made these two roads seems almost impossible for cars to go through."
