Hwa Chong Institution teacher on AirAsia flight QZ8501

SINGAPORE - A Hwa Chong Institution teacher is believed to be on board the missing AirAsia flight QZ8501, Chinese Daily Lianhe Zaobao reported.
The same report said on Monday that Maria Florentina Widodo, 26, was listed on the passenger manifest that was released by AirAsia on Sunday.
The Indonesian was an alumna of National University of Singapore and graduated from the National Institute of Education last year.
According to Lianhe Zaobao, Ms Widodo taught A-level Biology at Hwa Chong Institution.
UK English broadsheet The Telegraph reported that Ms Widodo's father, FY Widodo, posted a photo of himself and his daughter on Facebook.
