Jogger posts video on hit-and-run

Ms Elise Tay was jogging when she was hit at the junction of Jalan Bukit Merah and Kampong Bahru road on Monday night by the Trans-Cab taxi, which was making a right turn at the junction while the green man was flashing in her favour.
