Last prayers at Kg Holland Mosque

Kampong Holland Mosque held its last Friday prayers yesterday before its move to Mujahidin Mosque in Queenstown. The mosque, which has served the Muslim community in Holland Village since 1974, is moving because of redevelopment plans for the area.

Joining yesterday's prayers there were (from left) Muis chief executive Haji Abdul Razak Maricar, Minister for Communications and Information and Minister-in- charge of Muslim Affairs Yaacob Ibrahim, mosque chairman Haji Shamsudin Sadan, and Mufti of Singapore Mohamed Fatris Bakaram.
