Man accused of flashing private parts to kids in Hougang

SINGAPORE - A man has been seen flashing his private parts, allegedly to children, at a residential area in Hougang.
A reader known only as Andrea told citizen journalism website Stomp that he would wait at a corner of their home at Park Villas Terrace for the children to leave for school.
She said that he was caught three times in the past few months exposing himself to three girls aged 15, 10 and 5 as well as two boys aged 11 and 8.
According to Andrea, they would run home crying thereafter. She added that the man also masturbated in front of them.
The police have been notified of the case.
