Man accused of stealing from vehicles in Jurong East carpark

SINGAPORE - Police have arrested a 36-year-old man who allegedly stole from vehicles in a carpark at Jurong East.

A police report was made on July 30 about a theft committed in a carpark at  Jurong East Street 13.

The suspect was arrested on the same day, and EZ-link cards believed to be stolen from the IU units of the vehicles were found and seized.

He will face court on July 31 for the offence of Theft from Vehicle.

If convicted, he could be jailed up to three years and/or fined.
