SINGAPORE - The police arrested a 32-year-old man in connection with at least two cases of robbery in a Choa Chu Kang housing estate on Saturday.
The first case involved a 19-yearold woman robbed of her mobile phone at knife-point in a lift at Choa Chu Kang Avenue 4 on Aug 11, at about 10.40pm.
The second case took place on Aug 21 at about 7pm, in which a 16-year-old girl reported that she was robbed of her wallet in a lift at another block at Choa Chu Kang Avenue 4.
With the clear descriptions given by both victims, officers from the Jurong Police Division tracked the suspect on Saturday morning.
