Man beheads boy to cure his ailing kids
Forensic experts announced yesterday that the two sets of bones found on June 10 in Hualien belonged to Liu Chih-chin and his wife Lin Chen-mi, who had been wanted for the alleged killings of their five children in 2006.

A man in Patna, India, has been arrested for beheading a boy over superstitious reasons. He thought that by killing the boy, his three ailing children will recover, reported Malaysia Nanban.

Tuntun Mahto was arrested at the Badi Pahari village in Patna on Sunday over the June 14 murder of the boy.

Patna police said Mahto beheaded the boy with a sickle and threw the severed head in Mushari River the same night - hours after discussing his plan over drinks with his friend Palthal.

The boy's severed limbs were recovered in different places. Palthal got wind of police hunting for the killer and surrendered. He told them what happened.
