China Press reported that a 24-year-old man from Bandar Mahkota Cheras was forced to run home half-naked after he was robbed by four men at about 6am on Saturday.

The man, who is a civil servant, went for a walk in the park near his flat after failing to sleep because of a broken relationship with his girlfriend.

Suddenly, four men on two motorcycles approached him, and one threatened him with a knife and told him to surrender his wallet and mobile phones.

To stop him from pursuing them, the men instructed him to take off his jeans and underwear and run back to his unit, which was located at the 12th floor of one of the blocks nearby.

ACP Willey said that residents nearby managed to jot down the motorcycles' registration numbers when the men were fleeing the scene.
