SINGAPORE - Masses of white foam were spotted near Tampines SAFRA this morning.
According to Stomp contributor CJ, the masses of foam were spotted by her colleague.
She shared that it was "one of the most unusual sights to see - big twirls of foam in an industrial area near Tampines SAFRA".
CJ was concerned about the unknown foam near her workplace and questioned if they were left behind by cleaners.
On Nov 13 last year, a similar incident occurred at Pang Sua canal in Choa Chu Kang after detergent concentrate seeped out from a warehouse fire.
