MediaCorp replies on spam mail

We thank Mr Arvin The ("Spam mail from MediaCorp"; last Tuesday) for his feedback.

We have since contacted him and resolved the matter. MediaCorp takes issues regarding the sending of unsolicited commercial electronic messages seriously.

We comply with all requirements of the Singapore Spam Control Act, which include, among other requirements, incorporating "\" before the title in the subject field, and the facility to "unsubscribe" from future mailings.
