Meet Team Singapore & enjoy free gym entry during Jubilee weekend

SINGAPORE - Singaporeans and Permanent Residents can meet Team Singapore (TS) athletes and enjoy free entry to all ActiveSG swimming pools and gyms islandwide from Aug 7 to 10.

Visitors can also catch TS athletes in action when they visit various locations and sports centres.

Participants who are interested in floorball can pick up tips from gold medallists of the recent South-east Asian Games (Sea Games) on Aug 7.

The men's floorball team will share tips and tricks of the sport at Yio Chu Kang Sports Centre at two timings - 10am to 12pm and 4pm to 6pm.

Yio Chu Kang Sports Centre will also be hosting a Water telematch where participants can play alongside TS athletes such as gymnast Megan Chong, water polo player Koh Jian Ying and synchronised swimmers Debbie Soh and Stephanie Chen.

They will be playing from 2pm to 4pm.

Another water telematch will also be happening on the same day at Jurong East Sports Centre from 4pm to 6pm.

Netball players Yasmin Ho, Shina Teo and Anna Soo will be joining fellow TS athletes like archers Ang Han Teng, Low Luan Eng and others in engaging in this friendly match.

If you are a National Day Parade (NDP) ticket holder, you will be able to meet some 120 TS athletes who will be seated at the blue zone of The Float @ Marina Bay.

Some 120 athletes representing Badminton, Floorball, Men's Waterpolo, Shooting, Softball, Taekwondo and Wushu will be joining in the celebrations.
