More to benefit from flat-rental scheme

SINGAPORE - A temporary Housing Board flat-rental scheme has been extended to divorced or widowed parents, as well as married couples comprising a first-timer and a second-timer, HDB said yesterday.

Previously, only married couples comprising two first-timers were eligible for the Parenthood Provisional Housing Scheme.
