SINGAPORE - Eligible singles aged 35 and above can expect more two-room flats in non-mature estates to become available for application, after over 500 such flats were launched in July, said National Development Minister Khaw Boon Wan.
About 2,200 of these flats were to be launched between July and year's end. The number next year will jump to 5,000. For now, up to 30 per cent of such flats are set aside for eligible singles.
