SINGAPORE - It will now be easier and faster for members of the public to send their feedback on municipal issues in Singapore, with the Municipal Services Office's (MSO) new mobile application.

The app, named OneService and developed by MSO in partnership with the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA), was launched today, and will enable the public to provide their feedback on a common platform.

Feedback categories in the app are organised by the nature of issues, such as "Animals", "Cleanliness", "Roads" and others. Feedback received will be automatically routed to the relevant agencies so that more timely service and responses can be provided.

Participating government agencies include AVA, HDB, LTA, NEA, NParks, People's Association, PUB and the Police.

The app also includes a photo attachment function to enable feedback providers to send more complete and precise reports as well as a geo-tagging function that will help agencies identify the exact location belonging to the feedback.

Members of the public will be able to download the OneService app from the Apple App Store and Google Play for free.

Prior to its launch, the app had undergone testing with about 1,700 users, and MSO says it will continue to improve the functionalities as well as performance of the app and also invite more agencies to participate.
