Naked man grabs biker who retaliates with a sharp kick

A puzzling video showing a completely naked man grabbing a male biker's leg at the road junction near Clarke Quay is circulating online.
In the video, the man can be seen clinging onto the biker's leg, refusing to let go.
With some effort , the biker eventually shakes him off, then deals him a swift kick as he tries to make his escape.
The man is then seen walking along a pedestrian crossing in front of a bus, as the shaken biker remounts his bike.
