National Service registration starts on May 27

National Service registration for Singapore Citizens and permanent residents will start on May 27 and end on June 17.

Men born between January 2, 1998 and April 30, 1998 may register either online or at the Central Manpower Base (CMPB) Podium at 3 Depot Road. They will need to produce the relevant documents as specified in the Registration Notice, such as their identity cards and education certificates.

Those who need to apply for the postponement of enlistment to complete their studies in Singapore can also do so online or at the CMPB Podium. If their applications are successful, registrants will receive a further notice as to when they are to report for enlistment.

Unsuccessful registrants will need to arrange and go for their medical screening at CMPB between July 14 and August 4.

For more information, registrants can call the NS eServices at 1800-367-6767 or e-mail them at contact@ns.sg.
