More than 2,000 people from the local aviation community came together on Saturday and got themselves into the Singapore Book of Records after forming the "Largest Human Formation of an Airplane". They had earlier taken part in this year's Aviation Run, which raised more than $200,000 for the Community Chest.
The event was spearheaded by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore and funds raised will support 83 beneficiaries.
The run, held at Changi Exhibition Centre, was flagged off by Senior Minister of State for Finance and Transport Josephine Teo.
