PM takes part in mid-autumn joy

SINGAPORE - Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong celebrated the Mid-Autumn Festival on Sept 17 with residents and grassroots leaders of Ang Mo Kio GRC at Gardens by the Bay. He watched a creative lantern competition, games of vertical chess and lantern riddles, as well as a display of dragonfly lake lanterns and sky lanterns. After that, he released a floating lantern into the lake and watched performances at the Meadow.

The event is jointly organised by the Chinese Newspapers Division of Singapore Press Holdings, People’s Association Passion Arts and Gardens by the Bay.
