The Straits Times had previously reported that the suspects who allegedly hacked into the PMO site were Mr Mohammad Asyiq Tahir and his elder brother, Mr Mohammad Azhar Tahir. This latest development comes after businessman Delson Moo and student Melvin Teo were charged in court last Friday in connection with the hacking of an Istana webpage, also on Nov 8.

Here is the full statement from the Singapore Police Force:
Police had arrested two Singaporean men, aged 21 and 27, in connection with a Police report lodged on November 8, 2013, by the web administrator of the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) website.
The two suspects will be charged in Court on 6 December 2013 for offences under the Computer Misuse and Cybersecurity Act, Chapter 50A, which carry a punishment of a fine not exceeding $10,000 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or both.
