Police appeal for information on case of outrage of modesty

SINGAPORE - The police are looking for the man shown in the photo to assist with investigations into a case of Outrage of Modesty that took place along Woodlands Street 32 on Nov 1.
The man has short black hair, a medium build, fair complexion, and he is around 1.7m tall. He was seen wearing a black round neck t-shirt and a pair of black frame spectacles.
