Public-transport fare review kicks off

The Public Transport Council (PTC) has started a review of transport fares, and operators can submit their review applications by Dec 19. The council will announce its decision by the first quarter of next year.

In a statement yesterday, the council said it will consider enhancing existing concessions, which was proposed by the Fare Review Mechanism Committee.
