The Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) Black Knights thrilled crowds with their aerial displays over Singapore's Golden Jubilee weekend, but it seems people just can't get enough of them.
A Facebook post by the the RSAF showing an edited version of the Black Knight's 25 minute full show has garnered more than 5,000 shares, with a 117,000 video views of the pilots performing several manouevres.
Some of the aerial displays include the 'Opening Curtain' involving six jets accelerating upwards followed by a steep drop fanning outwards, and the 'Double Heart', where four jets perform turns to create two heart-shapes with their contrails.
Singapore celebrated its 50th National Day with a long holiday weekend. Some 26,000 people were in attendance at the National Day Parade held at the Padang.
An earlier video also posted by RSAF also showed off the Black Knights ground crew demonstrating their choreographed pre-flight checks.
According to the post, the actions are synchronised, and done without any form of communication between the ground crew and the pilots. This sequence demonstrates the same high level of precision and discipline of the pilots during their aerial display.
