Assistant Chief of the General Staff (Training) Colonel Ng Ying Thong told AsiaOne: "The Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) constantly reviews its training system to stay relevant. The current Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT) remains the test protocol for individual physical fitness in the SAF."
