Senior Minister of State Masagos Zulkifli to visit Malaysia

SINGAPORE - Senior Minister of State for Home Affairs and Foreign Affairs Masagos Zulkifli will be making a working visit to Malaysia from Dec 2 to 4, 2013.

In Kuala Lumpur, he is scheduled to call on Minister of Home Affairs Dato' Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Datuk Dr Wan Junaidi bin Tuanku Jaafar, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Dato' Hamzah Zainudin and other Malaysian dignitaries including Federal Territories Minister and UMNO Secretary-General Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor.

SMS Masagos will reaffirm Singapore's close relationship with Malaysia in the areas of security and law enforcement, the Ministry of Home Affairs said.

During his meeting with Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Datuk Dr Wan Junaidi, SMS Masagos will discuss issues of mutual interest and explore ways to enhance cooperation between law enforcement agencies from both sides, including drugs enforcement cooperation.
