SINGAPORE - The police have arrested two males aged 24 and 30 for committing serial theft of motor vehicles.
Four lorries were reported stolen from the Jurong West and Bukit Batok estates between March 17 and March 24.
Officers from Jurong Police Division conducted investigations which led to the recovery of the stolen vehicles.
After establishing the identities of the suspects, the police arrested them on April 2 at Jurong West St 42.
The two suspects will be charged in court on April 4 for the offence of Theft of Motor Vehicle with common intention.
If convicted, each suspect will face a maximum jail term of 7 years and will also be liable to a fine.
