Singapore LNG to get new storage tank, second jetty soon: Business Times

Two expansion projects costing an estimated $400-plus million at the Singapore LNG terminal will come on-stream in the next few months.

They will double its storage and regasification capacity, and help gear it for future opportunities, such as regional"break bulk" and transhipment of liquefied natural gas, and LNG bunkering.

A third storage tank plus associated facilities will be ready next month, an SLNG spokesman confirmed, boosting the recently started terminal's storage and regasification capacity to 6 million tonnes per annum from 3.5 tpa.
