The murder allegedly took place in Jalan Skudai, Danga Bay here, between 6am and 7am on July 4.

The charge was read out before magistrate Mohd Azlan Shah Mohd Allias here yesterday.

Both men nodded, indicating that they understood the charge. However, no plea was recorded.

Mohd Azlan Shah set Sept 2 for mention pending the DNA and post-mortem reports.
