Singaporean man stabbed to death in his home in Lombok

A 52-year-old Singaporean man, Ahmad Bin Suri, was stabbed to death in his home in Lombok, Indonesia on Saturday (Jan 24).

According to an article in Kompas, the engineer had stab wounds on his chest and head.

It was also reported that a scuffle had broken out between Mr. Ahmad and a suspect named Parto just before his death. The suspect has since been arrested.

His eldest son, together with eight other family members, flew to Lombok to claim his father's body on Sunday. The body was brought back to Singapore and buried on Monday.

Indonesian police investigations are ongoing.
