SingPost launches new delivery option for Qoo10 customers

SINGAPORE - Customers of Qoo10 can now send or collect their parcels through more than a hundred SingPost POPStations across the island.

The POPStations are located within convenient locations such as shopping malls, petrol kiosks, community centres, commercial buildings and post offices.

This lets customers have a secure way to retrieve or send parcels through user-friendly smart lockers.

POPStation is currently a ready delivery option on the Qoo10 platform and sellers can easily offer POPStation as a delivery method for their buyers by making the option "live".

Mr Chris Lee, head of service quality of Qoo10 Singapore, said: "POPStation offers both a convenient and practical delivery solution that suits the busy Singaporean lifestyle."

SingPost POPStation is the recent award winner in the Retail Customer Access category at the 16th World Mail Award 2015. It was recognised for its suite of services and its integrated system of smart lockers.

With an average distance of only 2.5km between each POPStation, SingPost has one of the densest smart locker networks in the world.

There are currently more than 120 POPStations island-wide and SingPost will be expanding the POPStation network to 200 within the next few years.
