Four days after the fire at SingTel's Bukit Panjang Exchange, customers are still facing service issues.
The telco said on its Facebook page yesterday that there is still a "small number of fibre cables that require further rectification work".
It had earlier promised to restore services by 7am on Friday. Customers still affected by the disruption to services have left comments on SingTel's Facebook page.
SingTel said they are "dispatching mobile broadband dongles" to those who subscribe to fibre broadband services only.
Channel NewsAsia reported that as of 7pm last night, some 400 StarHub users were still affected.
