SPCA appeals for witnesses after 2 cats found dead in Telok Blangah

SINGAPORE - The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) is appealing for witnesses after two dead cats were found on a grass patch in Telok Blangah at about 7.45am last Friday.

The felines are suspected to have been abused, the SPCA said in a Facebook post. No physical checks could be carried out on them as their bodies were removed by the time officers arrived at the scene near the carpark behind Block 6, Telok Blangah Crescent.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the bodies or on the case can call the SPCA at its 24-hour hotline at 6287 5355 (extension 9) or email to inspector@spca.org.sg.

Information provided will be kept confidential.
