SPH Magazines clinches bronze award at The Spark Awards 2014

SINGAPORE - Singapore Press Holdings' (SPH) subsidiary SPH Magazines won a bronze award at The Spark Awards 2014. The awards ceremony was held this evening at the Westin Hotel, Singapore.

The Spark Awards is organised by Marketing Magazine, which offers advertising, marketing and media intelligence with editions in Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia.

The awards aim to celebrate best practices in media solutions, products and services for media owners, advertisers, agencies and clients.

SPH Magazines' research report "The Singapore Women Digital Study" clinched a bronze award in the "Best Insights and Research Project by a Media Owner" category. It also had another submission "The Advertising ROI Report" nominated in the same category.

Also nominated was SPH's bilingual tabloid My Paper's Valentine Day-themed promotion "My Paper Love Hunt" in the "Best Media Solution - Print" category.

Citizen journalism site Stomp's entertainment website Lollipop (www.lollipop.sg) was a nominee in the"Best Website by a Media Owner" category. Positioned as "Your frontseat to Asian showbiz", Lollipop offers and engages its readers with up-to-date, interactive and in-depth coverage of the latest entertainment news with a distinct Asian focus.

Stomp was also nominated in the "Best Media Solution (Mobile)" and "Best App by a Media Owner" categories.
