Staff should provide estimated price of crab

I refer to the report "1 meal = 1 month's salary" (The New Paper, May 10).

It is not enough for restaurants to display the prices of such expensive items.

Staff taking the order need to clearly inform customers how much they should expect to pay, especially for items such as crabs, which are usually sold by weight.

Only then can they say that they are not taking advantage of customers who may be unaware of the prices.
