Stunt driver takes blind dates on 200km/h thrill ride

It's fair to say that these guys did not have this in mind when they thought of "speed dating".

Car maker Ford decided to prank several unsuspecting men by setting them up on a blind date with a female professional stunt driver

According to The Daily Mail, the woman plays a "dumb blonde" during the date, before offering the guys a lift home in her 2015 Mustang GT.

She then drives to an empty parking lot before showing what she can do, as the men are taken for a ride at nearly 200 km/h, complete with powerslides and high-speed spins.

A secret camera installed at the passenger seat captures the hilarious facial expressions of the men.

Some are exhilarated by the experience, but others are visibly worried. One man clings to the seat tightly as the car picks up speed, while another asks: "Why are we going so fast?"

After the ride, the woman then reveals her true identity.

Despite being pranked, one man quips that it is the best first date he has been on.

The video has been well-received, gaining over 4 million views since it was posted on YouTube on Feb 6.
