Suspect in Lengkok Bahru housebreaking case arrested

SINGAPORE - A 54-year-old man has been apprehended for allegedly breaking into a residential unit at Lengkok Bahru on Sunday.

The suspect was arrested at Stirling Road on Tuesday afternoon. Police believe the man gained entry into the home via a window facing the common corridor.

He will face court on Thursday for the offence of Housebreaking by Night which is punishable with a jail term of up to three years.
