Why no alert on convicted cabby?I am puzzled by last Friday's report ("Cabby jailed 2 years for molesting teen").Why was Trans-Cab unaware that its cabby had been convicted of molesting a girl in December last year, and why did it allow him to continue driving until he committed another offence in May?
