Window falls from 13th-storey unit in Geylang East

A man was nearly hit when a window fell from a 13th-storey unit at Geylang East on Monday afternoon.

Shin Min Daily News reported that the window fell and shattered on the ground floor of Block 124, Geylang East Avenue 1.

A 59-year-old man who witnessed the incident said the window fell with a loud bang.

A police spokesman said that the incident is classified as an act of negligence and investigations are ongoing.
