WP unveils 3rd batch of new potential GE candidates

SINGAPORE - The Workers' Party unveiled a third batch of potential general election candidates today.

They are: Adrian Sim, 43, a managing director at a an equipment manufacturing company; He Ting Ru, 32, a lawyer; Ron Tan, 30, a real estate agent and director of a real estate investing company; and L. Somasundaram, 52, a polytechnic lecturer.

This makes a total of 12 new potential candidates for the WP so far.

On Wednesday and Thursday, the party introduced Cheryl Loh, Firuz Khan, Luke Koh, Terence Tan, Daniel Goh, Dylan Ng, Koh Choong Yong, and Redzwan Hafidz Abdul Razak.

The party will be contesting 28 seats at the Sep 11 polls - up from 23 in the last general election.
