For the fourth consecutive year, Ernst & Young made it to the list of the world's best employers. It was the highest ranked Big Four accounting firm on the 2010 Universum employer survey. Ernst & Young was ranked No. 2 in the business field and scored the No. 1 spot among students surveyed who are majoring in accounting. It also has a place in Working Mother magazine's '100 Best Companies for Working Mothers' (2011) and Fortune magazine's 100 Best Companies to Work For (2011).
