Charles Anastase's Spring/Summer '09 collection is girlish extremity at its best. High-waisted, sheer skirts were layered with a preppy cardigan, a fitted black leather biker jacket or a denim outerwear. To add to the crazy, mismatched look, Anastase's Lolita-inspired girls strutted down the runway with large, vintage glasses.

If there's one thing that Charles Anastase has taught us, it's that style doesn't have to mean perfect harmony.
