36.8 degrees Celsius.
That was the highest temperature RazorTV recorded in a random survey of carparks across the island
Following complaints by members of the public that several carparks here are unbearably hot, RazorTV did a temperature test at 11 different locations in the north, south, east and west of Singapore, and the findings were quite surprising.
"Woah, that's even hotter than outside!" exclaimed one driver at Funan Centre who declined to be named. That carpark registered the highest temperature at a 36.8 degrees Celsius.
Also at the short end of the stick are the crews of car waxing and polishing services.
Mr Lim, who works in such a crew located in a mall in the Bishan area said, "We have to work down here for 9 hours everyday. We don't even have to boil or heat the water from the tap because it is already hot, straight from the tap. And at times, especially when it rains, it goes up to 39 degrees!"
Find out which are some of the hottest carparks in Singapore, and if this situation is potentially explosive.
